Certified ScrumMaster

This two-day interactive class is intended to teach participants the principles and practices of Scrum. Certification is provided through the Scrum Alliance, a non-profit entity dedicated to distributing information about Scrum throughout the software industry.

An agile project manager emphasizes facilitation, leadership, and communication over traditional command-and-control activities. In the Scrum process, this role is called "ScrumMaster" as a constant reminder of the differences between agile and traditional project management. The ScrumMaster's role is to maximize the team's efforts toward its goals while removing the impediments that stand in its way.

This course is conducted by Scrum Alliance-authorized Certified Scrum Trainers from Danube Technologies, Inc.
